Enameled steel: The FAGOR INDUTHERM pan is made of 1,5mm thick enameled steel with a mirror interior and exterior glazed coating. High steel thickness with 5 layers of coating. Its high density gives the product greater hardness, resistance to use and more efficient heat distribution.

Non-stick double layer: XYLAN PLUS non-stick double layer reinforced, increases the durability of the product and makes it easy to clean
